--> MST ( Multiple Spanning-Tree) allows the switches to create one spanning-tree instance for a range of vlans.
--> MST is having less cpu usage compared to other Spanning-tree flavours such as PVST, Rapid Spanning-Tree.
--> MST uses instance 0 by default for all the vlans.
--> Instance 0 is used to provide communication outside of MST Region as well as for interoperability with other spanning-tree flavors.
--> Three parameters need to match in all switches which are using MST
i) Region Name
ii) Revision Number
iii) Instance to Vlan Mapping
