In BGP we can advertise routes or networks to other BGP neighbors by using following 3 methods.
1) Using Network Command without mask
2) Using Network Command With Mask
3) Using Aggreagate- Address Command
1) Using Network Command Without Mask
--> If Auto-Summary is enabled, Then the router will summarize the network and advertise to other router.
---> If Auto-Summary is disabled, Then the router will advertise to other only router when network and subent mask are exactly matching.
2) Using Network Command With Mask.
--> The router will advertise this network to other router only if network and subnet mask are matching in the routing table as it is mentioned in the command.
3) Using Aggregate-Address Command.
--> The router will advertise the summary network if the component route is present in the bgp table.
