--> Controller Announcement is sent by every controller for every 20 seconds to let other controllers know it is operational.
ii) Mobile Announcement
--> Mobile Announcement is sent by the controller to other controllers in mobility list, when first client associates with wireless controller.
--> This message can be sent as unicast or multicast.
iii) Mobile Handoff
--> Sent When the client entry is moved or transferred from old controller to new controller.
--> Sent when a new foreign client session is established.
--> Sent in response to Mobile Announcement
iv) Mobile Anchor Request
--> It is used when you have more than one foreign controller.
--> Sent when the client entry is associated from old foreign controller to new foreign controller.
--> Sent by new foreign controller to Anchor Controller.
v) Mobile Anchor Grant
--> Sent by Anchor Controller to the new foreign controller in response to Mobility Anchor request.
