--> A good example for this feature is, corporate SSIDs should not be advertised in canteen or cafeteria access points of the company.
--> By default in Wireless Controller, All wireless access points added to default AP Group.
--> Default Group in Wireless Controller advertises wireless LAN from 1 to 16, if you want to advertise more than 16 then you need to create AP group manually.
--> Access Point does not advertise disabled wireless lans or wireless lans belongs to other group.
--> Depending upon wireless controller we can create up to 6000 AP Groups in Wireless Controller.
--> To create new AP group, we need to login into WLC > Advanced > AP Groups
