--> Proxy Server can be configured in 3 methods
i) Manual Method
ii) PAC file Method
iii) WPAD Method
i) Manual Method
--> In Manual method we will go to browser and configure Proxy server IP address and port number manually.
--> No load balancing and fail over is possible.
--> Used when we have only one proxy server in the network.
ii) PAC file Method
--> In this method, we need to create a Java Script File which will mention the Proxy Server IP address.
--> We need to manually specify PAC file location in browser.
--> Load Balancing and Fail Over is Possible.
--> Used when we have multiple proxy servers in the network.
iii) WPAD Method.
--> In this method web browser automatically detects proxy server using Web Proxy Auto Discovery Protocol.
-->Requires Browser Support
--> Uses DHCP and DNS server to find Proxy Server Address.
--> Used when manual proxy server configuration is not possibe in every browser.
