--> Web Proxy Bypassing allows the network traffic not to be proxied by WSA.
--> ByPassing only works in Transparent Mode, does not work in Explicit Mode as all the client traffic is explicitly forwarded to WSA.
--> By using Bypass we can do following things:
1) Forward the particular traffic from the client to the Internet without going to proxy
2) Some application ports do not work properly with proxy we can bypass that application traffic.
Configuring Web Proxy Bypassing for Web Requests
Procedure
Step 1
Choose Web Security Manager > Bypass Settings.
Step 2
Click Edit Bypass Settings.
Step 3
Enter the addresses for which you wish to bypass the web proxy.
Step 4
Submit and commit your changes.

Procedure
Step 1
Choose Web Security Manager > Bypass Settings.
Step 2
Click Edit Application Bypass Settings.
Step 3
Select the application(s) you wish to bypass scanning for.
Step 4
Submit and commit your changes.
