--> Auto RP and BSR both are used to dynamically learn RP information in the multicast network.
--> Auto RP uses RP Candidate and Mapping Agent whereas PIM BSR uses Candidate RP & Candidate BSR.
--> Auto RP is Cisco Proprietary whereas PIM BSR is Open Standard.
--> Auto RP works in both PIM Version 1 & Version 2 whereas PIM BSR only works in PIM Version 2.
--> It is not possible to define TTL Scope in PIM BSR.
--> Auto RP requires Sparse-Dense mode whereas PIM BSR requires Sparse Mode only.
--> There can be multicast flooding in Auto RP as it is using Dense Mode.
--> Auto RP uses separate multicast address ( 224.0.1.39 & 224.0.1.40) to work whereas PIM BSR uses PIM Multicast Address ( 224.0.0.13) to work.
--> PIM BSR uses priority & Highest IP Address in case of the same priority to select RP.
