--> F5 Load Balancer can be deployed in following methods
i) One Arm Method
ii) Two Arm Method
iii) n path/DSR (Direct Server Return) Method
i) One Arm Method
--> Only one interface of F5 Load balancer is used in this method of deployment.
--> Simple to implement.
--> Virtual IP address should be in the same subnet of physical servers ( Nodes).
--> For Physical Servers default gateway is not F5 Load Balancer IP Address, it can be Router or Firewall IP address.
--> Asymmetric routing occurs without Source NAT configured in F5 Load Balancer.
--> Client IP address is not retained ( Changed).
ii) Two Arm Deployment
--> We use more than one interface of F5 Load balancer is used in this method of deployment.
--> Virtual IP address need not to be in the same subnet of physical servers ( Nodes).
--> For Physical Servers default gateway is F5 Load Balancer IP Address.
--> Asymmetric routing does not occurs in this method.
--> Client IP address is retained.
iii) n path/DSR (Direct Server Return) Method
--> It is similar to One Arm Method of deployment, only one interface of F5 Load Balancer is used.
--> Virtual IP address should be in the same subnet of physical servers ( Nodes).
--> For Physical Servers default gateway is not F5 Load Balancer IP Address, it can be Router or Firewall IP address.
--> In this method we dont implement Source Nat on F5 Load Balancer, so the traffic directly goes to client from the router or firewall.
--> Asymmetric routing occurs in this method.
--> Client IP address is retained.
