These two bgp features are used when one customer is using same AS number for multiple sites connected via ISP.
1) BGP allow as in feature is applied on CE Router whereas BGP As override feature is applied on PE Router.
2) BGP allow as in feature ignores as path loop prevention mechanism ( which allows its own as number AS Path) & AS Override feature used by PE routers to modify AS path.
